At Tipsy Pigeon, we strive to offer a first-class experience for our members, customers, and affiliates. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using www.tipsy-pigeon.com services, features or content offered by Tipsy Pigeon (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Tipsy Pigeon”). By registering for and/or using Tipsy Pigeon Services, all visitors, users, purchasers, members and others (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published or updated without notice to you.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. If you are under the age of 21, you may not use Tipsy Pigeon services under any circumstances.
Any alcohol purchased via Tipsy Pigeon must be for personal consumption only and not for commercial resale. If we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any of your orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be fulfilled for any reason. If your order is canceled, we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid for that order.
If, for any reason, your exact order cannot be fulfilled, we reserve the right to substitute with similar wines of the same value as the wine you ordered.
Tipsy Pigeon reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice. Tipsy-Pigeon.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or discount, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. If you are not satisfied with the taste profile of your wine, please contact us. If you believe you received a defective, damaged or compromised bottle, please contact us within thirty (30) days from the date of the order at yael@tipsy-pigeon.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation by either shipping a replacement or providing a credit in the amount of the damaged goods. Defective means the product is flawed or corked; it is not a matter of taste preference.
There must be an adult 21 years of age or older present to sign for all Tipsy Pigeon alcohol shipments. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery. We cannot arrange or guarantee specific delivery windows, dates or time frames. The purchaser must provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or addresses outside of the Bay Area.
If you use Tipsy Pigeon Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, age, billing address, delivery address (if different), email address, and telephone number. All purchases of Tipsy Pigeon Services must include accurate and complete information as required when using a credit card or other payment card, including the cardholder name, payment card number, expiration date, and if requested, card security code, at the time of submitting your order form.
You are responsible for updating your registration information, and payment service or payment card information, as applicable, and for making sure that the billing address in your registration information is consistent with the billing address for your payment service or payment card. You are also responsible for promptly notifying your payment service or payment card issuer of any changes to your billing information or of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your payment service account or payment card number.
The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due for your Paid Services upon demand.
We reserve the right to cancel and/or terminate any user’s account for any violation of these Terms. with or without cause or notice.
